Design, Construction and Installation
There are many things to consider when having a Master Key System installed.
Our Security Advisers will discuss your needs and then make recommendations on which MasterKey System is right for you.
Prior to the initial design we will obtain all the necessary information: Number of users; Areas of access; Level of security; Key control systems.
The preliminary design will be submitted for approval. Any necessary changes are made and the final design is then signed off by the Client.
A comprehensive quote will be prepared ensuring that you know all the costs before we commence the construction and installation.
The construction of the MasterKey cylinders takes place in our high security Keying Centre, guaranteeing the quality of the product.
The installation process is done in consultation with the Client ensuring minimal disruption in the workplace.

Registered Keys
Registered keys form the foundation of most MasterKey systems. A key can be restricted either by patent or registered design. This prevents the manufacture of key blanks by anyone other than the original manufacturer.
An even higher level of security is where the locksmith has a unique or exclusive restricted key. This means that key blanks for that particular key are not available from anyone other than the specific locksmith. This provides the ultimate in security against unapproved key duplication.
API Locksmiths has access to all restricted key systems available in Australia. In addition, we have a large range of exclusive key systems for low, medium or high security use, including SCEC endorsed.
Our restricted key system specialists are available to discuss your particular needs and make recommendations on which system most cost effectively meets your needs.
